Where and when is the event taking place?

This event is taking place on the North Lawn at Floors Castle, Kelso, Scottish Borders on Saturday 31st May 2025

(Note that positions of (eg) WCs, Bar and Food outlets are approximate and subject to change to take account of ground conditions on the day.)

 

All Car Park Gates Open – 2pm

VIP Event Access – 3pm

Event gates open – 4pm

Last Entry – 9pm

Event End Time – Approx. 11pm

Please note – once you have passed through security and bag check, you will not be able to leave the concert arena. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter. 

 

Attendees are only permitted within the designated event areas on the Estate. Trying to access areas of the Estate outside the event arena, parking sites or access routes is strictly prohibited.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available HERE

When will tickets be sent out?

Your tickets are available from your Eventbrite account when you receive the email on completion of your purchase. You can then print these at home or present your phone/app for scanning at the gates.

What do I do if I have questions about my tickets?

  • ALL Ticketing is through Eventbrite and NOT Floors Castle. Floors Castle will simply refer you to xx@skerryvore.com or to your Eventbrite account.
Is there an accessibility platform and how can I get tickets?

Can I leave the event and return later?

There will be no re-entry permitted to the event.

Are children allowed to attend?

All children under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and must have their own ticket.

Can I bring my pet dog?

Animals or pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs. No animals are to be left in vehicles.

Will there be security?

We will have enhanced security in the arena to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

Please be aware that at present we are using enhanced security and we would respectively ask you to cooperate fully with our safety teams, security and police, and allow extra time to gain entry to the arena.

Can I bring a chair or folding chair?

No chairs or folding chairs of any type are permitted to be taken into the arena.

What can I bring into the arena?
  • wheelchairs.
  • mobility scooters.
  • pushchairs.
  • walking sticks.
  • walking aid/frame.
  • blankets.
  • people requiring assistance on crutches are permissible into the venue.
  • We also allow patrons to bring 1 UNOPENED plastic bottle of water.
  • We also allow patrons to bring in EMPTY plastic water bottles or aluminium type (these must be empty at our security gates) to use the free water refill points within the venue.
Are we allowed to bring food, drink, chairs, tents or umbrellas?

In accordance with local and national licencing, and our T&C’s, none of the items above are allowed in the venue

    • NO bags larger than A4 size are allowed in the concert arena.
    • NO form of chair including deckchairs, camping chairs, folding chairs, are permitted. Gazebos, umbrellas and tents are also prohibited.
    • Small picnic blankets are permitted.
    • There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site that will cater for all dietary needs. If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.
Can I take my own alcohol into the arena?

In accordance with licencing laws, alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the arena. There will be an on-site bar, offering a range of drinks for sale. We operate a challenge 25 policy. Payment is by card only.

Can I bring my camera?

No professional cameras or cameras with zoom lenses are allowed into the arena.

Will there be a cash machine available to use at the event?
  • The Bar will take CARD ONLY.
  • Both cash and card payments will be taken by all food vendors. However, please make sure you bring some cash, just in case the signal is weak for the one/some of the vendors card readers. Signal here is usually fine, but we don’t want you to be unprepared!
  • There are NO cash withdrawal facilities on-site.
Is there car parking available?
Public transport options? Options are very limited
  • The nearest train station is: The nearest mainline stations are at Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Edinburgh

What if it’s Bad Weather?
  • This is an open-air event and will run in any weather. Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.
  • please dress appropriately. Please read our T&C’s
Can I stay overnight on the Estate?
  • There are no facilities for camping, caravans or campervans on the Floors Castle Estate, however if you wish to leave your empty vehicle in the on-site carpark overnight you can do so at your own risk, please note -access to collect your vehicle will be only during our opening hours of 11am – 4pm the following day.
Can I buy official merchandise?

Official merchandise will be available inside the arena.

Warning...

Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please note that pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may take place during some performances.

The event is outdoors. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.

Remember the do's:
  • Do have your ticket with you at all times.
  • Do arrive in good time prior to the commencement of the concert.
  • Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities.
  • Do bring clothing suitable for all weather conditions. 
  • Do put any rubbish in bins provided for you.
  • Do look for official merchandise and concession outlets – all located within the arena.
  • Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds offering inferior goods.
  • Do consider others when moving around the arena.
  • Do consider local residents when entering and exiting the arena.
  • Do tune into local media for traffic updates.
Remember the dont's:
  • Don’t bring umbrellas into the arena.
  • No glass bottles or glass containers of any type allowed.
  • Don’t smoke outside of the designated smoking areas.
  • Don’t bring drink or food into the concert arena.
  • Don’t leave valuables on display in your vehicle.
  • Don’t bring folding chairs etc into the arena.
  • Don’t bring bags larger than A4 size into the concert arena. 

Please be aware that roads in and around Kelso are expected to be very busy on concert day. You should allow plenty of time to travel to the site and make your way to the venue, car parks etc.

 

The organisers or their partners cannot be held responsible for delays getting to the venue or getting out of the venue.

 

Please follow signs and instructions from Police and safety stewards.
